How does the 14-day Free Trial work?
New users can get a 14-day free trial to discover Beautilio at no cost, no risk and no obligation. Your trial allows you to explore the whole range of features Beautilio offers.
Will it integrate with my social media and website?
Yes, you can add your Beautilio profile link to your social media pages and any websites you have so that clients can click the 'Book Now' button and be taken to your Beautilio booking system.
Will I still be in control of my bookings?
Yes! No matter what, you are always in control of your bookings. Before a client can book themselves in you have to approve it. If they request a date/time that you cannot do, you can simply send them another date or time from within the app.

What happens after the trial?
After the 14-day free trial period ends, you can continue to use all of the features on Beautilio for a flat fee of 1.7% from each booking you receive, via the app. If you don't find any benefit during your free trial you can cancel right away.
Which means of payment do you accept?
We only take our small fee of 1.7% once you've received a booking via the app. If your client chooses to pay you on arrival then our fee is directly taken from your card that we have on file. If they pay via the app then we take this fee directly from these funds before they reach your account. This means you never have to worry about making a monthly payment.
